Method Development Consultancy
Consultancy service by one of our application scientists to support your method development. Recommended in case of compatibility issues with standard protocol or for testing new products. One-day training at customer site covering platform use and how to develop an appropriate method. Customized test plan, real tests initiated on-site, then weekly follow-up calls to support customer.

Feasibility Study
Experimental study done in our application laboratory using customer samples and microbial strain(s) to assess the compatibility of customer sample with the platform and the time to result.

On-Site Evaluation
Evaluation of the platform at customer site using real samples. Installation of a demo system on-site and extensive 2 to 3 day-training by our application scientist. Customized test plan, real tests initiated on-site, then weekly follow-up calls to support customer.

Software Data Analysis Service for Routine Pyrogen Testing
Consulting service to support with the analysis of the raw data from a routine test generated at customer site using the PyroMAT™ system. Detailed analysis and interpretation of raw data using the Gen5 software protocol. Available for all MAT test methods (Methods A, B or C acc. to Ph. Eur. 2.6.30). Calculation of Endotoxin Standard Curve, Maximum Valid Dilution (MVD) and pyrogenicity level of the tested product based on the Contaminant Limit Concentration (CLC).
