Duolink® PLA Flow Cytometry Kits
Traditional flow cytometry has been limited in the ability to detect protein-protein interactions and low abundant proteins events — until now. We have combined Duolink® Proximity Ligation Assay (PLA) with flow cytometry in a convenient kit, making the analysis of protein-protein interactions with flow cytometry readouts a reality. With the enhanced sensitivity of the Duolink® flowPLA Detection Kit, detection of low-abundant protein targets in cell populations is now possible. This easy-to-follow protocol works with any flow cytometry instrument to achieve publication-ready results.
The Duolink® flowPLA detection kits provide enough material to perform ~40 reactions, each with 100,000 cells in 100 µL reaction volume. Each kit contains the following components:
- Ligation Stock (5X) – Diluted to make 1X Ligation Buffer
- Ligase (1 U/μL) – Added to make the Ligation Solution
- Amplification Stock (5X) – Diluted to make 1X Amplification Buffer
- Polymerase (10 U/μL) – Added to make the Amplification Solution
- Detection Stock (5X) – Diluted to make 1X Detection Buffer
