General description

Also available as a 5 mM solution in H2O(Cat. No. 508315).
A water-soluble form of the CaM kinase II inhibitor KN-93 (Cat. No. 422708. Inhibits glucose-induced and forskolin-stimulated insulin release from isolated pancreatic islets of Langerhans. Has no significant effect on protein kinase A activity. Induces G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in NIH 3T3 cells.
