Calibration and Verification for Microbiology Testing Systems

At Your Service

Check System Conformity

We recommend checking and calibrating your microbiological testing systems on an annual basis to ensure that your equipment is fully operational and remains compliant with the manufacturer specifications in between two preventive maintenances. Calibration—for air samplers—and validation services can be performed throughout your system’s lifecycle in option with our service plans.

  • During the calibration and validation services, our technical experts and qualified personnel perform complete system checkups, including visual, functional, and performance tests, to detect any deviation from the manufacturing specifications.
  • At the end of the service, a Performance report—and calibration certificate for air samplers—will be provided with the list of all operations performed, the conformity of the system, critical tests results, and test instruments traceability along with our recommendations, which ensure regulatory compliance

Get a calibration or verification in addition to your service plan.

We recommend performing a maintenance on annual basis, but for customers who request more frequent system check, we propose the calibration or a verification of your equipment in addition to our service plan. This additional service will be done at 6 months in addition to your preventive maintenance.

End of Life Verification Service

Before decommissioning your system, are you sure of its conformity until the last test performed and can you rely on test results released? With our End Of Life Verification, you will able to document that your system was conform until its decommissioning and keep compliancy with GMP and GLP regarding system maintenance and calibration. An auditable Performance Report will be provided with this service.
