Purified actin (ACT1) from Arabidopsis thaliana plant.

Specificity

Clone 5-16 H1C8 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects Actin in a wide range of species.

ELISA Analysis: A representative lot detected Actin in ELISA applications (Kandasamy, M.K., et. al. (1999). Plant J. 18(6):681-91).

Evaluated by Western Blotting in human skeletal muscle tissue lysate.
