一般說明

非放射性竞争免疫测定法,用于定量cAMP,适用于生物流体(血清、血浆和唾液)、组织培养基样品或环状核苷酸浓度极低的样品。 本试剂盒采用cAMP多克隆抗体竞争性结合cAMP或结合已与碱性磷酸酶分子共价连接的cAMP。 本测定在涂有抗兔IgG抗体的96孔板上进行。 向孔中添加底物产生有色终产物后,用多孔板检测仪在405 nm处读取结果。颜色的强度与孔中存在的cAMP浓度成反比。
