Especificidad

Clone 4D6 (-3H10-D6) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects human Cereblon. It targets an epitope within the N-terminal domain.

Aplicación

Western Blotting Analysis: 20 ug from a representative lot detected CRBN in MOLT4 wild type cell lysates (Courtesy of Stefan Schuchner, Ph.D. and Egon Ogris, M.D., Medical University of Vienna, Austria).
