Species Reactivity:
Although IL-17A/F was detectable in non-human primate/monkey and canine, the assay has not been validated for these species.

Accuracy:
  • Minimum of 5 serum samples spiked with average recovery of 101% with a range of 91-114%
  • Minimum of 5 plasma samples spiked with average recovery of 88% with a range of 75-111%

Application

The sensitivity of the Single Molecule Counting (SMC®) technology gives the SMC® Human IL-17A/F High Sensitivity Immunoassay Kit unparalleled performance in the quantification of IL-17A/F in human serum and plasma.

This new streamline kit has been improved with the following features including new including new improvements over the legacy IL-17A/F kit, #03-0119-00:
  • Adjusted standard curve--changed to 0.3 – 300 pg/mL from 0.59 – 600 pg/mL
  • Improved options for sample prep and incubation
  • Lyophilization of the standard provides the kit at one storage conditi
  • Removal of a plate transfer ste• Increased reagent volumes to accommodate automation
  • Validated to run on both SMCxPRO® and Erenna
