Anwendung

Coelenterazine hcp has been used:
  • as a component of coelenterazine reagent in the reporter assay
  • in the purification of Renilla luciferase-labeled Annexin V
  • in evaluating the activity of aequorin in Escherichia coli

Biochem./physiol. Wirkung

Coelenterazine hcp has 190 times higher luminescence intensity than native coelenterazine and a faster response time than native coelenterazine.
