General description
iFluor 633 succinimidyl ester is bright, stable far-red fluorescent dye that has spectral properties comparable to Alexa Fluor™ 633. It exhibits an excitation max at 640 nm and an emission max at 654 nm with an extinction coefficient of 250,000 cm-1 M-1. iFluor 633 can be used for covalent labeling of antibodies and detection by flow cytometry. It exhibits good stability, selectivity, and reactivity with protein amine groups.
