General description

Standardized, concentrated cell culture supernatant which has been diafiltered with phosphate buffered saline.

For the formulation of Anti-D blood typing reagents or devices.

This antibody reacts with DVI red cells. Since it is IgG, a sensitisation technique is required to induce agglutination, e.g.: anti-human globulin, enzyme addition or by several automated methodologies. It is an ideal blending partner with any of the Millipore IgM Anti-D FFMUs to create an IgM/IgG blended reagent.

Contains 0.1% (w/v) Sodium Azide; Shelf Life: 24 months from date of filtration.

Licensed by the US FDA under a shared manufacturing agreement.

Application

Antibody intermediate for further manufacturing use.
Production of an in vitro blood typing product or device.
