CHO Fed Batch Process Simplification Using Cellprime Growth Factors and Innovative Chemicals

WEBINAR

CHO cell culture media provides all the nutrients required for cellular growth and metabolism suck as amino acids, buffers, growth factors, vitamins, and lipids. Growth factors like insulin and insulin analogs are critical for cell growth, proliferation, and higher productivity.

Cysteine and Tyrosine are critical for CHO cells which need to be added separately due to poor solubility at neutral PH. We provide non-animal origin GMP-certified growth factors (supplements) and modified amino acids like phosphotyrosine and sulfo cysteine which are soluble in neutral feeds and can be fed along with main feed for upstream fed-batch process simplification.

In this webinar, you will learn about:

  • CHO cell culture media components
  • Non-animal origin growth factors
  • The usage of modified amino acids for fed-batch simplification
