Allgemeine Beschreibung

α-Hydroxymidazolam ist ein aktiver, bedeutender Metabolit von Benzodiazepin-Midazolam in Urin und Blut. Midazolam wird unter den Handelsnamen Dormicum, Hypnovel® und Versed vertrieben und dient als Sedativum sowie zur Behandlung von Schlaflosigkeit und Krampfanfällen. Diese Certified Spiking Solution® eignet sich als Ausgangsmaterial für die Kalibrierung oder Kontrolle in verschiedenen LC/MS- und GC/MS-Anwendungen, von der forensischen Analyse und klinischen Toxikologie bis hin zum Urin-Drogentest.

Anwendung


  • Pharmacodynamic studies: α-Hydroxymidazolam is utilized in pharmacodynamic research to compare the effects of midazolam and its metabolites on neuronal activity.
