General description

Indium tin oxide coated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film is optically transparent and electrically conductive. The ITO coating is protected by a thin, transparent film, that can be easily peeled off.

Application

ITO-PET may be used in fabricating flexible OLEDs. ITO/PET may be used as a reference anode in conventional flexible polymer based organic solar cells (OSCs).

Features and Benefits

The polyester film products comprise sputtered ITO, and exhibit transmittance and resistance characteristics similar to those of the glass substrates.
