About This Item

Individual MISSION® TRC3 Human LentiORF Clones

Choose from Over 50,000 Pre-Cloned Human ORF Constructs. Validate Your Gene(s) of interest from Your RNAi or CRISPR Experiments.

  • Build your own clone set for your overexpression or rescue and validation experiments
  • Choose from 3 different gateway-adapted vectors: Entry, Blasticidin, or Puromycin.
  • The MISSION® TRC LentiORF collection is currently available in Glycerol, DNA and Lentiviral formats in the Puromycin Library, and Glycerol and DNA formats in the Entry Library (Blasticidin is not available). Please inquire for more information.

MISSION® TRC3 Human LentiORF Gene Family Sets

Complement Your RNAi or CRISPR Screens. Choose from 10 Pre-Designed shRNA Gene Panels

  • Sigma Bioinformatics has methodically mapped all TRC3 ORF clones to each current gene set.
  • Complementing the MISSION® shRNA Library gene family sets, the TRC3 LentiORF gene families consist of 10 pre-designed sets such as the popular kinases, phosphatases, tumor suppressors, GPCRs, cytokines, helicases, ubiquitin ligases, ubiquitin hydrolases, nuclear hormone receptors, and epigenetic regulators.
  • Any panel can be arrayed in either 96- or 384-well plate formats.
  • All of the gene family sets can be used at the benchtop for focused pathway analysis and building your disease model of interest. Interested in DNA or virus format? Please request a quote.
  • The MISSION® TRC LentiORF collection is currently available in Glycerol, DNA and Lentiviral formats in the Puromycin Library, and Glycerol and DNA formats in the Entry Library (Blasticidin is not available). Please inquire for more information.

MISSION® TRC3 Human LentiORF Libraries

Arrayed Genome-Wide LentiORF Libraries for High-Throughput Screens or Targeted Experiments

  • Most extensive coverage- Pre-cloned genome-wide arrayed libraries contain 50,000+ clone LentiORF library spanning 14,000+ human genes.
  • Most fully sequenced- Each of the 3 libraries contain approximately 16,000 ORF clones, of which over 15,000 are fully sequenced.
  • Wide-selection- In addition to the hORFeome v8.1 and the CCSB-Broad Lentiviral Expression Libraries, TRC3 includes exclusive Sigma content such as the puromycin library. Choose from entry, blasticidin, or puromycin vector systems.
  • The MISSION® TRC LentiORF collection is currently available in Glycerol, DNA and Lentiviral formats in the Puromycin Library, and Glycerol and DNA formats in the Entry Library (Blasticidin is not available). Please inquire for more information.

Pooled Human LentiORF Libraries Whole Genome ORF Screening for a Fraction of the Cost

  • Exclusive to Sigma- Puromycin expressing LentiORF library barcoded for pooled screening applications.
  • Affordable – Bench top discovery without robotics or liquid handling.
  • Comprehensive – Trusted TRC3 (The RNAi Consortium) content with ORF gene expression spanning 14,000+ human genes.
  • Universal – Simplified whole genome ORF screening in standard or difficult to expand cell lines.

MISSION® TRC3 Positive and Negative Controls

Recommended Uses: Validate the Efficiency of Your Experiment or Overexpression Screen.

  • Verify the success of your overexpression experiments with BFP or GFP Expression.
  • Optimize your MOI, Kill Curve, Transduction Efficiency and run Pilot Studies prior to large ORF-based arrayed or pooled screens.
  • Positive controls can be used for measuring transduction efficiency and optimizing ORF delivery in cell lines that do not survive any puromycin exposure.
  • Also may be used as a negative control vector (similar to empty vector) to rule out possible cellular effects during the transfection/transduction process.
  • Ready-to-ship in 2 business days
