Use of a 48-Plex Quantitative Immune Panel to Profile Three Different Diseases

WEBINAR

Cytokine, chemokine, and growth factor research plays a significant role in achieving a deeper understanding of the immune system and disease. This webcast will demonstrate an independent researcher’s use of a 48-plex panel designed to advance this aim.

The MILLIPLEX® Human Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor Panel A simultaneously measures picogram levels of 48 immune factors using Luminex® xMAP® technology in small volumes of serum, plasma, or cell culture samples. This is the largest multiplex kit offered in the MILLIPLEX® portfolio, allowing researchers to save precious time and samples.

In this webcast, the speaker will examine the kit’s performance, compare key analytes to other assays, and share data generated with three very different disease samples: normal and sepsis samples, ovarian cancer samples, and autoimmune disease samples.

For Research Use Only. Not For Use In Diagnostic Procedures.
